Senior Hardware Engineer.

Job Description

Responsible for designing and developing high-performance computing hardware architectures, including high-speed digital circuit design, signal integrity analysis, and FPGA prototyping. Work closely with the AI algorithms team to provide hardware support for next-generation neural network accelerators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hardware architecture design, review schematics and PCB layout
• High-speed signal design and simulation (DDR5/PCIe5/SerDes)
• Hardware system debugging and performance optimization
• Collaborate with software team on hardware driver development and validation

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of hardware design experience, mass production experience preferred
• Proficient in Cadence/Allegro/Altium and other EDA tools
• Deep understanding of signal integrity and power integrity design
• FPGA/ASIC design experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
